Do you need a realtor when buying a New Build Construction?

Should you be represnted by a realtor?

Choice is yours. There are no fees to use a realtor when buying a property. So why wouldn't you?

Think about it like this...

A house that is on the market has a Listing agent to represent the sellers. 

Who is representing you and looking after your best interest? 

Answer: A licensed Realtor you sign with " Become a Client not a customer"

Sales representatives are hired by the Builders to represent them and close out communitites.
